History of TELNITE

September 1955	Founded as an affiliates of Teikoku Oil Co., Ltd. with the paid-in capital of ¥10,000,000. Corporate name: Teiseki Telnite Industry Co., Ltd. Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, Factory: Sakata-city, Yamagata.
December 1958	Moved the head office to Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
October 1959	Established Research & Development Dept. in Setagaya-ku, Tokyo.
June 1963	Increased the paid-in capital to ¥30,000,000.
February 1966	Increased the paid-in capital to ¥70,000,000.
March 1966	Moved the head office to Shibuya-ku, Tokyo.
October 1971	Re-organized as a full service mud company, by consolidating each of mud engineering section of Teikoku Oil Co., Ltd. and Japan Petroleum Exploration Co., Ltd. Changed corporate name as Telnite Co., Ltd. Increased the paid-in capital to ¥98,000,000.
November 1976	Moved Research & Development Dept. to Sakata-city, Yamagata.
